Asian iCandy Store processes all payments through Paypal and Google Checkout.

You do not need a Paypal or Google Checkout account to place an order. Through Paypal and Google Checkout you can place a credit card order and an "e-check" using your bank account. Sorry, no cash, money orders, or personal checks are accepted.

:: WE SHIP WORLDWIDE ::

Most of our items ship from the designers location directly:

In Beijing, China, we use China EMS or China air mail - the first usually takes 3-8 days, and the later takes 10-15 days almost everywhere. If the orders are shipped from U.S., we use USPS Priority mail. We provide a Track & Confirm number via email for every order. Please note that we are not responsible for any duty charges that you may incur. We will mark all international packages as “gifts” to try & avoid any potential duty charges. If you'd like to know how much something will cost, simply put it in your cart. Press "estimate shipping" button and enter your postal code. The cost should accurately show up. The shop does not charge you until you confirm and complete your order.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days from when they are placed. Some custom/make to order and back ordered items will take longer to process and ship, this will be stated if applicable in the item's description.
 

:: RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY ::

At Asian iCandy Store, quality merchandise and service are our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please let us know! Please email us and indicate the return reason at asianicandystore@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order to arrange for a refund or exchange. Returns must be received within 20 days of your order receipt (backordered items are calculated from the shipment date). Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Refund will be issued minus shipping fee when return items are received. All sale item returns will be issued as store credit only! You may return most items to us. All custom items, original fine art, earrings, bath & beauty products are final sale.
